Terms of service
Course access, payments, training responsibilities and use of materials.
1. Who provides Eurolearn
Eurolearn is a learning platform operated by TTA s. r. o., Kvetná ulica 244/12, 930 41 Kvetoslavov, Slovakia, company ID 56573359, tax ID 2122345918. Commercial Register of Okresný súd Trnava, section Sro, file 57770/T. TTA is not VAT registered. Contact: info@ttaservices.net, +421 917 753 910.
These proposed terms cover individual course purchases and use of the platform. An organization’s signed agreement also defines its course selection, seats, price, duration, support and data-processing instructions. Consumer rights apply when a person acts outside their trade or profession; an individual account alone does not determine that status.
2. Orders and access
Check the course description, language, syllabus, version, access period, technical requirements, assessment rules and total price before ordering. Correct billing details before submitting. Invoice and bank transfer are the default; card payment is offered only when enabled for the order and is handled on Stripe’s checkout.
An order record acknowledges a request. TTA’s written acceptance confirms the agreed course, final price and access terms. Do not pay a changed offer until you accept it. Access begins after verified payment unless a signed company agreement expressly provides otherwise. Retain the accepted offer and invoice. These review pages do not themselves accept an order.
Course PDFs can be downloaded repeatedly while the assignment remains active, including after completion. Expiry, revocation or leaving the assigning organization can end further downloads. Copies already downloaded cannot be remotely removed. Materials are licensed for the learner’s study and authorized organizational training; redistribution, resale and sharing test questions or credentials are prohibited.
3. Learning and organizational responsibility
Use a personal account and accurate identity details. The organization verifies crew identity, assigns the correct course, appoints qualified training personnel, oversees assessment and decides whether the training meets its approved programme. Its authorized Head of Training supplies the responsible name and signature for company certificates.
A Eurolearn completion certificate records the specified course result. It is not an aviation licence, an authority approval or permission to perform duties. Individual certificates leave the responsible person and signature blank and require the receiving organization’s acceptance. Practical training, instructor-led elements and other checks remain necessary where the programme requires them.
The company reviews recorded training intervals and reconciles them with its full roster. Eurolearn does not calculate flight-time limitations or automatically approve crew fitness or qualification. TTA remains responsible for its own contractual and statutory obligations; the allocation of training responsibility does not waive them.
4. Service, changes and remedies
Use a supported current browser, an internet connection and a PDF reader. Video courses may need additional playback capability stated in their description. Maintenance, connectivity failures or account-security incidents can interrupt use; contact TTA promptly if access or a promised feature fails. TTA will assess the issue and agree the appropriate correction and any remedy required by law.
TTA may restrict compromised accounts or misuse proportionately and explain the reason where lawful. Such restrictions do not automatically forfeit valid refund or complaint rights. Course updates can require unfinished training to restart on a new version; completed historical evidence remains. Material changes to a paid entitlement require appropriate notice and applicable remedies.
No automatic subscription renewal is proposed. Continued access or new seats requires the relevant order or company agreement. A later terms revision does not silently replace an existing accepted contract. Slovak law governs subject to mandatory consumer protections and competent courts applicable to the consumer; these terms impose no exclusive Slovak court on consumers.
5. Withdrawal, complaints and privacy
The separate Withdrawal and complaints page explains consumer withdrawal and the model notice. Starting a course, downloading a PDF or accepting these terms alone is not an automatic waiver of statutory rights. Report a defect or complaint to TTA using the order reference and a description; do not include passwords or card details.
The Privacy notice describes data use and the Cookies notice explains browser storage. A privacy acknowledgement is not consent to advertising or a waiver of data-protection rights. Organization processing requires the agreed data-processing schedule.
