Account terms

1. Your provider

Eurolearn is a learning platform operated by TTA s. r. o., Kvetná ulica 244/12, 930 41 Kvetoslavov, Slovakia, company ID 56573359, tax ID 2122345918. Commercial Register of Okresný súd Trnava, section Sro, file 57770/T. TTA is not VAT registered. Contact: info@ttaservices.net, +421 917 753 910.

2. Creating and protecting your account

Use your own name and an email address you control. Verify that email before signing in. Keep your password and recovery credentials private; do not share accounts. Administrators must complete authenticator verification before accessing protected management functions. Contact info@ttaservices.net if you suspect unauthorized access.

Account registration is free. It does not place an order, create a paid subscription, allocate course seats or grant an administrator role. Joining an organization requires an authorized invitation or the applicable organization approval process.

3. Live testing and course access

The hosted service is currently being tested. Features and draft courses are still being prepared, and maintenance can interrupt access. Do not rely on testing activity or demonstration evidence as proof of aviation qualification. Organizations remain responsible for approving their training programme, checking identity and accepting training.

A course purchase, company agreement or operational training entitlement requires its separate offer, terms and approval. These account terms do not open course sales or waive consumer, privacy or other mandatory rights. Do not send payment merely because you have created an account.

4. Acceptable use and support

Use Eurolearn only through the access granted to you. Do not attempt to access another user’s or organization’s data, disrupt the service, or redistribute protected course materials or test questions. TTA may restrict misuse or compromised accounts proportionately and explain the reason where lawful.

Report account or access problems to info@ttaservices.net. TTA remains responsible for its own contractual and statutory obligations; allocating training responsibility to an organization does not waive those obligations.

5. Privacy, closure and changes

The dated Account privacy notice explains account data, security, suppliers and your rights. Acknowledging it is not consent to advertising. You can contact TTA or use the profile’s deletion-request workflow to request closure; legally required or justified records may need separate handling.

The revision accepted when you register is recorded with your account. This dated text is retained; a later revision does not silently replace an existing accepted agreement. Slovak law applies subject to mandatory protections and competent courts applicable to you. No exclusive Slovak court is imposed on consumers.
